Raging Bull
Gregg Garvin, Roundabout’s award winning colorist, shown here reviewing the works of New York photographer Weegee, (Arthur Fellig), as he works on the 40th anniversary restoration of Raging Bull. Academy award winners, director Martin Scorsese and editor Thelma Schoonmaker suggested Gregg study Weegee’s photographs as examples of the precise tonal values they were looking for their masterpiece.
